Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clubzs mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Clubzs. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and meet any minimum age requirements applicable in your region. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Clubzs complies with local laws.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not impersonate others, use another person's account without permission, or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Clubzs helps users discover clubs and events, manage memberships, RSVP, attend activities, redeem partner vouchers, and build public profiles. Features may include:

• Personal and business account types.
• Public and private clubs, events, hangouts, and member roles.
• Optional paid events and subscription tiers processed through Stripe and app-store billing.
• Public web pages for shareable profiles, clubs, and events.
• Location-based discovery, map views, and attendance features where enabled.
• QR-based attendance check-in and voucher redemption.
• In-app advertisements for free-tier users.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Clubzs a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service — including on public web pages when visibility settings allow.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt systems.
• Circumvent subscription limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
• Misuse attendance, QR, voucher, or location features.
• Collect other users' personal data without permission.

Club owners and administrators are responsible for rules and moderation within their clubs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

• Some features require a paid subscription (Free or Pro, or successor tiers). Limits and pricing are shown in the app.
• Mobile subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Web or organizer payments may be handled through Stripe. Payment terms presented at checkout apply.
• Paid events may require checkout before RSVP. Organizer payouts may use Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's terms and verification requirements.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in the app or store policies.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

If you register as a business, you represent that you have authority to bind the business and that listing, offer, venue, and voucher information you provide is accurate. Business features — including partner listings, voucher offers, and event sponsorships — must be used in compliance with applicable consumer, advertising, and local business laws.

Clubzs integrates with third parties such as Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Google (including Sign-In, maps, and advertising), Apple, and location or map providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from user profiles or club content.

Clubzs, including its branding, software, and website design, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLUBZS DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND IN-PERSON EVENTS CARRY INHERENT RISKS; YOU PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RESPONSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUBZS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold Clubzs harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Clubzs at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Clubzs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. When changes are material, we may ask you to accept the revised Terms in the app before continuing to use Clubzs.
